I can attribute the improvement of Tigard Oregon home sales to the following conditions. There are relatively few listing available for Buyers. This creates an increased demand for the available inventory which has a tendency to push up prices. Buyers are now more convinced that prices will not continue falling after their purchase. This optimism, couples with low interest rates, has moved them off the fence. This coming Spring should see a lot of increased activity in the local real estate market. Any Seller that has been waiting for the right time to sell, should give some real consideration to doing it this Spring. It is never to early to start forming a selling and marketing plan. Give me a call. I can help you with that!
